Rania Vrondou
Rania joined Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC in 2017. She is a practising lawyer with over 10 years of experience focusing on private client, real estate, intellectual property, regulatory aspects of innovation and general commercial law. Her work includes advising on trusts and succession planning, transactional intellectual property (IP), IP due diligence and assisting clients with real estate matters (sales/acquisitions and leases either from a seller/lessor or a buyer/lessee perspective).
She has a keen interest in new technologies, their interplay and regulatory framework within Europe and their application in the different industries. She enjoys being a mentor to start-ups and experiencing the many potentials of Cyprus as a technology hub.
Rania holds an LL.B from the University of Leeds, an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol, and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law. She is a registered mediator and a holder of the CySEC advanced certification. She is a full member (TEP) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a board member of STEP (Cyprus) and the secretary of the Trusts Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association. Furthermore, she is an HRDA certified trainer, a part-time lecturer, a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and recognised as a rising star from the Legal 500.”
