Charis is a Director at Deloitte (2024 – ongoing), with expertise in supporting clients define and realise their vision. Charis has extensive experience in local and international assignments in relation to formulation of strategy, operating model transformation, organisational design implementation and human resource management and development, geared towards enabling growth. Charis has extensive business consulting experience in the Government & Public Services and more specifically with projects funded by the European Commission, the Consumer, and the Health Care industries.

Charis has previously held positions at PwC Cyprus as a Business Consultant (2018 – 2024), EY Cyprus as a Performance Improvement Consultant (2015-2018), Axiom Consulting as a Business Development Manager (2014-2015) and with IBM UK as a Finance Lead (2008-2013).

Charis has a BSc in Economics from the University of Surrey in the UK, an MBA from the EDHEC Business School in France, a certificate in Gamification from the Wharton School (United States). Charis is also a certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Authority in Cyprus and holds the certificate PM2 Essentials by the Interoperable Europe Academy (European Commission).
