Eliza Loucaidou Kassianidou | Director, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre

Eliza is a Director at Deloitte’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (IEC). Her work focuses on two pillars. Under the Innovation pillar, she is responsible for promoting Deloitte’s participation in projects which focus on and promote innovative practices in various sectors of the economy, such as research projects in cooperation with leading universities and research institutions throughout Europe. Under the Entrepreneurship pillar, Eliza is responsible for IECs activities and initiatives related to startups, with a vision to develop the entrepreneurship ecosystem of Cyprus. She is also currently managing ARIS.

 

 


Anthi Chatzikyriakou | Assistant Manager, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre

Anthi is an Assistant Manager at Deloitte’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (IEC) and the Operations Officer of ARIS. At IEC, Anthi assists in the preparation and submission of proposals for innovative EU-funded projects and she is involved in the implementation of the projects in which Deloitte or ARIS participate as beneficiaries, including among others any research or study-related activities. At ARIS, she is responsible for all matters and issues relating to the smooth operation of both the programme and its premises and provides daily support and advisory services to the resident teams based on their start-up’s needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting and an MSc in Business Economics in Technology, Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (TIME MBE) from the University of Cyprus.


Rena Filippou | Senior Consultant, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre

Rena is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (IEC). She holds a BA Politics from University of Essex and MA International Relations from University of Cyprus. She has experience on innovation and entrepreneurship projects gained through her working experience at Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Rena assists in the implementation of EU-funded projects as well as all relative activities of the IEC.

 

 


Monika Tsartsali | Consultant, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre

Monika is a Consultant at Deloitte’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (IEC). Before joining Deloitte, Monika worked as an Audit Staff Accountant 2 at KPMG Cyprus for seven months. Prior to that, she was working part-time as an EU Project Management and Administration Officer for the Cyprus Mathematical Society for about six months and for the European Association of Career Guidance for about one year. 

Monika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business, and MSc in Business Economics in Technology, Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (TIME MBE) from University of Cyprus.


Kyriacos Charalambides | Director, Financial Advisory Services

Kyriacos is a Director at Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services Department. His work is mainly in corporate finance, valuations and transactions across various industries including, amongst others, financial services, shipping, real estate, renewable energy sources, etc. Kyriacos acts as a liaison for the ARIS resident teams to connect them with Deloitte’s professionals for their start-ups’ needs. Additionally, he focuses in helping ARIS’s entrepreneurs with developing robust business plans and financials which are accessible and understandable by investors.

 


Maria Yianni | Senior Manager, Restructuring Services

Maria Yianni is a Senior Manager at Deloitte’s Restructuring Department. She has attended MIT’s Entrepreneurship Development Programme in Boston, USA, and she has previously founded two award-winning start-ups. Maria is a qualified chartered accountant and she has completed the assessment for Insolvency Practitioners in Cyprus. She holds a BA (Econ) (Honours) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester, UK.

 

 

 


Marianna Moran | Manager, Tax & Legal, Business Tax Services

Marianna is a Manager at Deloitte’s Tax & Legal Department, mainly working for the Business Tax service line, and is part of the department’s Quality, Risk and Reputation team. During her degree in Law, she majored in social policy research-related topics, participated in Entrepreneurship and Financial Markets bootcamps and had an internship with a social enterprises and well-being consultancy in London. She further pursued the ACA qualification for her to gain a well-rounded foundation in business. Marianna is involved in innovation project-related work at Deloitte’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre and advisory to ARIS resident start-ups, including tax & IP.

 


Michalis Zinieris | Director, Technology Strategy and Transformation

Michalis leads Technology Consulting Services for Deloitte in Cyprus. He has over 10 years of technology advisory and transformation experience across leading businesses in UKI and Europe, working with CIOs and IT Executives to plan and execute IT transformation programmes for global IT functions. He is specialised in: Technology Strategy Advisory, Digital and Technology Transformation programme leadership, Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture and Transformation, Digital Workplace Enablement, Systems Design and Integration, Enterprise Architecture. He has worked extensively with global client businesses and has strong experience in leading multi-disciplined teams of 150+ resources, often located across distributed global locations. Michalis is focused on delivering a high-quality service, building meaningful relationships and identifying opportunities on how to add business value through technology strategy and transformation initiatives​.
