Leadership


George Martides | Partner, Financial Advisory Services Leader, Deloitte

George is the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Leader of Deloitte in Cyprus, and Member of the Board of Directors of ARIS. He has more than 25 years of extensive experience in Financial Advisory serving clients in various industries, both locally and abroad. George led a significant number of Financial Advisory projects both locally and abroad, including Corporate Finance, Valuations & Modelling, and Transaction & M&A work. He has also led the preparation of Working Capital reports and other specialised reports for various companies as part of their listing process to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and other stock exchanges abroad. George is also licensed to act as the NOMAD in stock exchange listings in the ECM (Emerging Companies Market) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

 

Kyriacos Charalambides| Partner, Financial Advisory Services, Deloitte

Kyriacos is a Partner in the Financial Advisory Services department of Deloitte Cyprus and part of the leadership team of ARIS. He has over 15 years of experience, having served clients in various industries with a main focus on corporate finance advisory, valuations & modelling, dispute and forensic services, feasibility studies, financial projections, debt & equity raising projects, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, as well as financial due diligence projects in Cyprus and abroad. He is also the Emerging Growth Companies Segment Leader for Deloitte Private in the Middle East, leading the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Middle East and Cyprus program.

Anthi Chatzikyriakou | Manager, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre, Deloitte

Anthi is a Manager at Deloitte’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (IEC) and currently managing ARIS. Her work focuses on two pillars. Under the innovation pillar, she is responsible for promoting Deloitte’s participation in projects which focus on and promote innovative practices in various sectors of the economy, such as research projects in cooperation with leading universities and research institutions in Cyprus and abroad. Under the Entrepreneurship pillar, Anthi is responsible for IEC’s activities and initiatives related with innovative enterprises. She is experienced in designing and offering tailored acceleration programs to support high growth start-ups and scale-ups from Cyprus and abroad to accelerate their go-to-market strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting and an MSc in Business Economics in Technology Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (TIME MBE) from the University of Cyprus.

 

Monika Tsartsali | Senior Consultant, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre, Deloitte

Monika is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (IEC) and the operations officer of ARIS. She is involved in the implementation of regional and EU projects in which Deloitte or ARIS participate as beneficiaries. At ARIS, she provides support to the implementation of the acceleration program and operations on a daily basis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with specialisation in Business and Finance and an MSc in Business Economics in Technology Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (TIME MBE) from the University of Cyprus.
