1. OVERVIEW
1.1. ariscy.com is a website (the “Website”) owned and maintained by ARIS A REALLY INSPIRING STORY, a limited liability company by guarantee without share capital registered in Cyprus under registration number ΗΕ 392454 and registered office at Maximos Plaza, Tower 1, 3rd Floor, 213, Arch. Makarios III Avenue 3030, Limassol 3030, Cyprus, (“Company”, “we” or “us” or “our”). The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deloitte Limited (DT), a limited liability company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE162812 and registered office 24 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, Nicosia, Cyprus, CY1075.
1.2. The Website is operated by the Company to support the ARIS (A Really Inspiring Story) programme which is an acceleration programme designed to provide innovative start-ups and scale-ups the structure, mentorship and network needed to grow successful business ventures (the “ARIS Programme”).
1.3. Your (“you” or “your”) use and access to the Website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms”). These Terms are separate to the terms and conditions for the provision of support to start-ups and scale-ups through the ARIS Programme, which are agreed through a separate agreement between a start-up or a scale up participating in the ARIS Programme and the Company.
1.4. By using the Website, you accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. By accessing and using the Website, you confirm and agree that you:
2.1.1. Will use the Website only in accordance with these Terms;
2.1.2. Will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations;
2.1.3. Will not cut, copy, distribute, modify, recreate, reverse engineer, distribute, disseminate, post, publish, transfer or sell any information or software obtained from the Website; and
2.1.4. Will not use the Website and/or any material published therein for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
3.1. These Terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify and/or amend and/or replace these Terms from time to time If you disagree with any changes, then you may not continue to use or access the Website.
3.2. You can see when we last changed these Terms by referring to the ‘LAST UPDATED’ statement at the beginning of the Terms.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1. Except as otherwise indicated, the Website and all text, images, marks, logos and other content contained in or communicated through the Website, including, without limitation, the ARIS logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof are the property of the Company and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. All rights to such materials are expressly reserved.
4.2. The Website, its logo and all other product or service names or slogans displayed on or communicated through the Website are registered and/or are common law trademarks of the Company and/or its suppliers or other licensors, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company or the applicable trademark holder. In addition, the look and feel of the Website, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark, trademark and/or trade dress of the Website and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos displayed on or communicated through the Website are the property of their respective owners.
4.3. You agree that you will:
4.3.1. Not copy the Website or any part thereof, except as part of the normal use of the Website or where it is necessary for the purpose of back-up or operational security;
4.3.2. Not translate, merge, adapt, vary, alter or modify, the whole or any part of the Website nor permit the Website or any part of it be combined with, or become incorporated in, any other programs, except as necessary to use the Website on devices as permitted in these Terms; and
4.3.3. Not disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the Website.
5. EXTERNAL LINKS
5.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites which the Company does not monitor or have any control over, and makes no claim or representation regarding their content. A link to such websites does not imply the Company’s endorsement, adoption or sponsorship of, or affiliation with, such websites. The Company accepts no responsibility for reviewing changes or updates to, or the quality, content, policies, nature or reliability of such websites. When you leave the Website, our Terms will no longer be applicable.
5.2. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content available on or through any such third-party websites.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude its liability.

6.2.1. all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied by law into these Terms; and
6.2.2. any and all liability to you, whether arising under these Terms or otherwise in connection with your use of the Website.

Except as expressly provided to the contrary herein, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all representations, warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Website and all content provided on or through the Website under these Terms, to the extent permissible by law. We do not represent or warrant that material on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Access to and use of the Website is at your own risk.

9.1. If you submit an application to participate in the ARIS Programme through the Website, you are responsible to ensure that the information you submit (including but not limited to, your full name, email address, phone number) are accurate, current, true and non-misleading.
9.2. We will keep the information you submit through the Website for the purposes of applying to the ARIS Programme confidential and will only share it with persons that have a need to know such information.
9.3. Our Privacy Policy sets out in detail how we process your personal data collected via the Website. Our Privacy Policy details how your data is collected, used and shared when you use the Website.
9.4. You warrant and represent that the information you submit through the Website will comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

11. BREACH OF THE TERMS
When we consider that a breach of these Terms has occurred, we may take such corrective action(s) as we deem appropriate including the right of blocking your access to the Website and/or taking legal action against you.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision (or part of a provision) of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision (or part of a provision) shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision (or part of a provision) shall not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
