Antros Yiasemi holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from CIIM, MSc in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from CIIM, MEng in Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA from the Mediterranean Institute of Management.

He started his career at FxPro Financial Services in 2013, where he served as a Human Resources Officer for over four years operating in 3 countries. From 2017 to 2023, he worked in the pharmaceutical/ manufacturing industry and more specifically at Remedica Ltd as the Human Resources Manager, leading HR initiatives and strategies for nearly six years.

Since June 2023, Antros has been the Managing Director of OneJar, which has improved HR compliance, productivity, & hiring rates for over 30 companies in Cyprus and the Middle East.

 Antros is a certified Labor Relations Officer, certified HRDA Trainer and a full member of the CyHRMA. He also holds certifications in the Financial Services Regulatory Framework (CySEC), and Effective Communications and Human Relations by Dale Carnegie.
