ARIS participation in the First Multiplier Event of FeSTEM project

The first multiplier event of the FeSTEM project, in which ARIS participates as a partner, was successfully held on May 31st, 2021 online.

The event under the title ‘Needs, challenges and experiences of women in STEM: Best practices from Higher Education and the Industry’ was organized by the Cyprus University of Technology and aimed to uncover the needs and challenges of women in the field of STEM in Higher Education and the industry and provide information on the work conducted until now in the context of the FeSTEM project.

ARIS Manager, Eliza Loucaidou, who was among the panelists, presented ARIS programme and highlighted the importance of supporting the participation of women in entrepreneurship and innovation activities. As stated, “Offering women support mechanisms and structures, including mentoring and coaching, are of paramount importance towards increasing female participation in digital entrepreneurship and innovation”
