On the 11th of June 2019, ARIS hosted the 4th Info Day of the EU-funded project InnoPlatform (Innovation Platform and Tools for increasing the innovation capacity of SMEs in the Balkan Mediterranean Area) organised by the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
INNOPLATFORM aims at improving the competitiveness of the Balkan Mediterranean region by advancing existing knowledge on business model innovations and developing a set of tools (InnoTools) and services (InnoScorecard and InnoRegion) for improving SMEs opportunities, capacities, and knowledge in introducing product and process innovations.
In the context of the project in which LCCI participates as a partner, ARIS was awarded a tender for the provision of consulting services for the support of start-ups during the pilot operation of the Centre of Excellence in Limassol (LCCI) and during the use of InnoTools. Our start-ups Inowaste, Ekonest and Fundscribe were among the start-ups selected to participate and use the InnoTools.
During the event, representatives of LCCI presented the InnoPlatform project and its objectives. In addition, our Manager, Eliza Loucaidou, presented ARIS program, while our start-ups pitched their ideas and talked about their participation in the project.
